Identifying and applying


                                                                                  You might have noticed that when you are going through a tough point in life nothing seems to go right. Well, that was a bit of a moot point. Let me elaborate a bit. People take advantage of your mental and physical weakness. So first identify those snakes and cut them off from your life cause all they do is make things worse. Secondly, UNDERSTAND YOUR STRENGTHs. And that doesn't only mean the things that you are good at but also the people that encourage you and stay with you at your worst. And finally, the most important point, find out what is the thing that is making you physically and mentally weak. U might be thinking, "Eden are u dumb, I know what's my problem. I am ( poor in studies, get bullied, college dropout following my passion,, can't focus on my studies, am fat, am skinny, etc.) ". U can be anything of the above, possibly any problem there could exist for a person in his twenties trying to build a carrier. Well, my friend congratulations you have leveled up, you now know your enemy all that is left is to find out how to defeat it. FORMING  HABITS, CREATING A DISCIPLINE, CONSISTENCY, AND HARD WORK. 

                                                                                             I know you have researched everything about the above terms on youtube. You probably have watched every possible motivational and self-help video on youtube so what's the point that didn't make any change right? I watched a lot of that and even took action but that has been fruitless. And well What I will tell you is it will be kind of the same but with a different approach. I will be doing a 7-day productivity challenge and yes I want you guys to take part with me and do it yourself. The details of that I would be discussing in my next Blog. Or else this would become too long.
