What if you are the problem

You sit down to study/work in the morning at 4 30 am after watching the detailed summary of the "THE MORNING MIRACLE" last night. All set to become a self-made billionaire. You have organized your work desk with all the desk merch you ordered from Amazon last week. And Guess what, halfway through your first Pomodoro session and you are scrolling through Instagram.  Then the timer rings after an hour and all you have in your head are the top 5 trending reel songs, two new maggie recipes, and a bag full of guilt that probably weighs more than your gym bag which you never bother to open ( yup resisted my masculine urge to use "mum" instead). Well in this article I won't help you become more productive than you currently are, instead, I'll help you accept what you are.

See motivation that's some unreliable shit. It makes you incapable of having your own free will to study/work. You seem to always have to be dependent on these idiotic youtube motivational channels which eat off of your incapability of taking the necessary steps . Basically, someone is benefitting from your weakness. Sounds harsh right well that was my one of goals.
Accept the fact that you are a weak, pathetic person indulged in social media which is not at all social at this point. It's now just a bunch of people pretending to be someone who they never became in their real life. Trying to escape reality. And yes tagging your homies in " getting rich together" reels won't help either. I was a person just like I described above, trying to escape reality, caught in a vivid imagination and all kinds of shit. But life taught me lots of lessons and here I am well not yet successful but still maybe a much better version of myself than I was 2 years back.

You think since none of your so-called friends didn't call you for that recent trip they went on, you are a loner and nobody likes you, and finally end up feeling sorry for yourself. Well as the title says "what if you are the problem ". Look I am not asking you to change your personality or get out of your way to make fake friends, all I am asking is to stop feeling sorry for yourself. That's pathetic . I was like that . But trust me this gets you nowhere . Stop feeling sorry for yourself and just stop trying to escape reality. Try to live in the present. Treat your problems as your enemies and fight them off. Stop giving excuses to yourself and rather start accepting stuff. Judge yourself, the same way you judge that random guy in the street just to look cool in front of your friends. Keep a smaller friend circle rather than having a lot of classless idiots in your life.
You, yes you, you are the reason for the current disastrous condition in your life . Accept it and fix it. And hopefully one day both you and I will write our own success stories.

Identifying and applying

You might have noticed that when you are going through a tough point in life nothing seems to go right. Well, that was a bit of a moot point. Let me elaborate a bit. People take advantage of your mental and physical weakness. So first identify those snakes and cut them off from your life cause all they do is make things worse. Secondly, UNDERSTAND YOUR STRENGTHs. And that doesn't only mean the things that you are good at but also the people that encourage you and stay with you at your worst. And finally, the most important point, find out what is the thing that is making you physically and mentally weak. U might be thinking, "Eden are u dumb, I know what's my problem. I am ( poor in studies, get bullied, ...
